DESCRIPTION
Nestled under grandfather oak trees,
in the sunny hamlet of Glen Ellen, is the historic Glenelly
Inn & Cottages, originally built in 1916 as an inn
to serve railroad travelers to the area.
With
a European flair, the Glenelly welcomes vacationers,
honeymooners, and families with children of all ages,
with something for all tastes and budgets. The inn is
ideal for family reunions and small wedding parties
as well.
CUISINE
The owner/chef personally prepares a full gourmet breakfast
each morning, served in the Common Areas or delivered
to your cottage. Home-made cookies, picnic lunches,
and custom trays or baskets made to order round out
the culinary delicacies. Special dietary restrictions
or requests are happily honored.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The Glenelly Inn & Cottages features five traditional
bed & breakfast rooms in the Main Inn Building,
the sumptuous Rigal suites in the Owner’s Cottage, and
two luxurious and private Garden Cottages. All have
private entrances from verandas or decks, private bathrooms,
antique and country furnishings, down comforters from
Norway, good reading lights, delicious beds, fine linens.
Some have in-room TV, stereo & phone, and fireplaces,
and all have complimentary wireless internet access.

The inn is in a serene country setting with views of
Sonoma Mountain and close to all of the attractions
of Sonoma Valley. An in-ground, outdoor Jacuzzi is set
under an arbor in the rose garden, and massage &
spa treatments are available on-site in the privacy
of your room or cottage, or in the garden.
