CUISINE
Mouthwatering breakfasts beautifully prepared and presented each
morning in the Inns dining room. A culinary experience which is
a feast for the eyes as well as the palette. Enjoy custom-blended
coffee, your choice of juice, fruit from a local farm, the Inn's
own granola, freshly baked pastries and a delicious hot entrée.
Start your evening off with a wine, cheese, and hors d oeuvre
reception in the Inn's Living Room.
ACCOMMODATIONS
13 guest rooms, 3 suites, and a 2-bedroom cottage. Our
guest rooms have private bathrooms and Spa Jacuzzi tubs, sublime
beds with down-filled comforters, Aveda toiletries, Frette linens,
fireplaces, private porches or decks. Additionally the Inn offers
a two bed room cottage which sleeps 6 with 2000 square feet of
space adjacent to The Inn at Occidental.

SPECIAL FEATURES
• This three story Victorian Inn overlooks the
village of Occidental, a peaceful hamlet surrounded by redwoods
and vineyards. The main house, guarded by fruit trees and a lush
courtyard garden with fountains and flowers, was built in 1876.
All 18 guest rooms have private baths, fireplaces, feather beds,;
some with private decks. Décor is an extensive collection
of American folk art and antiques.
• When you venture into one of 18, aptly named rooms in
the Main House, Courtyard Building or the Sonoma Cottage, you
will see inviting heritage quilts, brightly painted walls and
art work to inspire. Arresting artwork can be found throughout
the Inn at Occidental/ Paintings by well known local artist Woodward
Payne, photographs by his wife Beverly Anderson, pieces by Christopher
Burkett, Tom Mangelson and Carol Henry.
• Sonoma Cottage Vacation Rental: This comfortable two-bedroom
vacation house has all the charm of a room at the Inn — and at
2,200 square feet, all the space of a family home. Located just
38 feet from the Inn, the cottage is both private and convenient.
A fully furnished living room offers 12-foot ceilings, a fireplace,
two easy chairs, and two sofas — one of which unfolds to sleep
two. A half-level up is a dining room for dinners with friends
or serious strategy meetings. The antique pine table and English
Windsor chairs accommodate 12. A fully equipped kitchen has all
the amenities for a simple dinner or a catered event.
