Mark you calendar, this is one tasty event you won’t want to miss. The 11th annual California Artisan Cheese Festival will take place March 24-26, 2017, and based on previous years, it will be a feast of fun and delicious events.
Attendees can enjoy tastings, chef demonstrations, farm tours, educational sessions given by industry experts, visits with cheesemongers and authors, and lots more. The purpose of the event is to help promote awareness of and support for the artisan cheesemaking community we have here in northern California. So not only will you be enjoying a wonderful event, you’ll be helping the entire industry. A definite win-win!

Artisan Tours and Lunch. Popular Friday and Saturday events that are held at various local farms, creameries and purveyors and offer visitors a chance to get the inside scoop on the industry.
Seminars and Pairing Demos. Join industry experts, chefs, and cheesemakers for interactive sessions and demos covering a variety of topics, such as the history and evolution of California cheese or the parallels of beer making and cheese making.
Wine and Dine with Cheesemakers. A new 2017 event offers the opportunity to spend an intimate evening with some of our area’s most talented cheesemakers. One-of-a-kind dinners will feature a different cheese with every course and pairings with either wine, beer, or cider.
