DESCRIPTION
Relax at a “prairie style” country estate located in the picturesque "Valley of the Moon," in the heart of the Sonoma Wine Country. Birmingham B&B, established in 1913 as the Monroe Ranch, is now an official Historic Landmark. Sit on the wrap around porch and gaze out at the beautiful vineyards and Mayacamas Mountains.

Stroll through two acres, featuring fruit and nut trees, berry patch, vegetable garden and flower garden or sit and enjoy the pond garden - truly a relaxing experience. The Inn is located within walking distance of ten renowned wineries and four restaurants, and is close to the historic towns of Glen Ellen and Sonoma.

CUISINE
Enjoy a full gourmet breakfast using fresh locally-grown produce in the classic dining room. Much of the produce and herbs are grown in our own garden. Dinner restaurants are located in Kenwood, Glen Ellen, Sonoma and Santa Rosa.

ACCOMMODATIONS
There are four tastefully furnished guest accommodations in the Inn all with private baths. The Inn is centrally air-conditioned and heated. On-site private parking is available. A guest cottage on the property is also available and has central heating and A/C and many other amenities designed for families visiting Sonoma Valley.
